Consultants. In another election, Leslie Ledogar, an associate
with Pa. law firm Manko, Gold, Katcher, Fox, was elected to the board of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals of Greater
Philadelphia. The firm’s partners, Joseph Manko and Robert Fox were selected for the
University of Pennsylvania law school’s Adjunct Teaching Award....TolTest announced that Randy Smith will join the
Plymouth, Mich. office of the Toledo-based firm. He’ll wear the title
of manager of brownfield redevelopment services. The engineering firm also
said that Charles Dittmar II has been hired as manager of environmental services. He’ll
also work out of Plymouth.

A property located on a bank of the East River and in a densely developed residential and commercial area, had its work cut out for it from an environmental remediation standpoint. The mission was to clean up the land and ultimately make one puzzle piece to a larger urban revitalization project that would be redeveloped as a public library and park ranger station.
