Those commercial, industrial, retail and governmental entities with an appetite for renewable energy initiatives can take heart: Some new, flexible and creative lend-lease programs are coming to the fore.
One that was revealed in late August is being facilitated through solar energy provider/manufacturer Mage Solar Projects Inc., based in Dublin, Ga. Mage Solar is part of the globally operating MAGE GROUP.
The program is made available in partnership with De Lage Landen, a global provider of asset based lending, and is part of Mage Solar's financing portfolio. Considered a key tool for installers and integrators, the new end user lease and loan program offers attractive terms to commercial, industrial, state, local and federal government customers.
The new lease and loan program was developed to offer integrators another competitive edge as part of its full system service approach. Under the conditions, Mage Solar customers can now offer business owners direct lease or loan options for up to 100% of total project costs, including materials and installation. The length of financing terms varies from 5 up to 10 years.
In April, the organization, a photovoltaic (PV) system provider, entered into an extended terms program partnership with De Lage Landen. Through the program, qualifying Mage integrator partners can purchase the company’s signature MAGE POWERTEC PLUS modules, its next-generation mounting system and brand name inverters while flexibly managing their cash flow over 30, 60 or 90 day extended terms.
The new financing program is available immediately and interested customers should contact MAGE SOLAR for details: web.magesolar.de
