In this article, we are going to walk you through state-of-the-art remediation strategies and technologies that clean up contaminants and make brownfield redevelopment possible.

Redevelopment may increase local tax bases, facilitate job growth, utilize existing infrastructure through the improvement of the environment; consequently it provides greater protection of human health.
