Gregory E. Schilz has joined Breitstone & Co. as a partner in a newly formed West Coast affiliate that specializes in environmental liability. Prior to joining Breitstone, Schilz had been in environmental practice for Marsh, Inc....David Voigt has joined Deloitte & Touche as national solutions leader in the firm’s real estate practice. He will operate out of the consultant’s Chicago office....Catherine O’Connor has started work as a civil engineer in DPRA’s Princeton, N.J. office. Other new hires at the engineering firm include Kim Voss, field tech in St. Paul, environmental systems engineer, Shauna Borycki, and Ewan Dunderdale as environmental information systems manager in Vancouver....Jennifer McLoughlin has joined San Antonio, Texas engineering firm Raba-Kistner as an environmental scientist....Dorothy McGlincy has been elected president of the Mass. Licensed Site Professional Assoc. She is senior project manager for Winchester, Mass.-based GEI Consultants. In another election, Leslie Ledogar, an associate with Pa. law firm Manko, Gold, Katcher, Fox, was elected to the board of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals of Greater Philadelphia. The firm’s partners, Joseph Manko and Robert Fox were selected for the University of Pennsylvania law school’s Adjunct Teaching Award....TolTest announced that Randy Smith will join the Plymouth, Mich. office of the Toledo-based firm. He’ll wear the title of manager of brownfield redevelopment services. The engineering firm also said that Charles Dittmar II has been hired as manager of environmental services. He’ll also work out of Plymouth.
